Notes: Update 23/9/25: We reiterate that we are now effectively full and any entries received will only be put through to the draw if (a) space becomes available due to withdrawals before the closing date or (b) due to non-viable events or (c) because we need your entry to make up a viable event. Sorry to disappoint people, but early entry is always advised. ----------------- Update 14/9/25: We have now substantially reached capacity for this Head and will soon be writing to clubs that have entered crews for events that are unlikely to be viable to run. However, there are a number of events that are borderline, so we are re-opening all divisions for a limited subset of events in the hope that further entries for those are received. Note that any divisions you choose are not assured: we reserve the right to move crews as necessary, so please make comments in the notes section if there are particular restrictions on availability that you would like us to consider. -------------------- General event info: Unlike many events we offer a system of open divisions, so you can race at whatever time you like. Divisions may be suspended on BROE once full, though may be reopened if crews scratch before the close of entries. Late entries may be reallocated if their preferred division is full. ------- Bands will be allocated once entries close. Note that the same crew is not allowed to race twice in the same Band. However, individual rowers may do so, as long as there is at least one difference in the crew list. Changing the cox or swapping seat positions does NOT count as a different crew.
