Notes: We look forward to having you racing with us and ask you to note the following: PAYMENT - we recommend payment be made at point of entry, unpaid entries will not be accepted. WE OPERATE TO BRITISH ROWING RULES OF RACING, we do not permit 100% substitutions after close of entries, these constitute new entries (other than verified medical circumstances). CONTACT - We have an email address should you need to contact us but would ask you to keep this to a minimum. Full details are given on the poster and within our website. JUNIOR ENTRIES - MUST complete the emergency contact details fields for your entries please, so that the responsible person may be contacted easily on race day, should that need arise. (We appreciate having emergency contact details for all competitors, irrespective of age, please check your automated contact information is correct.) TRAILERS - Please be aware that we only have access to regatta land for the day of our event. Gates open at 7:30am. Please do NOT arrive before this. This also applies to Leander Carpark which is the property of HRR. We are grateful for the support of the Stewards of Henley Royal Regatta and ask for your cooperation to help us maintain this.
